I am a writer and student of psychology and philosophy based in the Pacific Northwest. My work explores the written word as a space for reflection, healing, and understanding.

My current research, “The Relationship Between Music and Mood,” examines how sound influences emotion and supports psychological well-being. This study informs my creative work, which often traces the subtle connections between thought, feeling, and expression.

Integrity guides both my studies and my art. Through essays, poetry, and written exchange, I aim to create spaces for introspection and growth, where the act of reading and writing becomes a form of restoration.
